The line includes two MR150 planetary mixers and three mixer bowl lifters. It is designed for the production of layer cakes with a size of 350 × 450 × 50 mm, using aluminium cake trays. Biscuit layers are placed manually.
Production capacity depends on the type of cream used and the number of layers (up to a maximum of three layers), with an output of approximately 100–300 cakes per hour. When dosing liquid dough only for single-layer products (such as pound cake dough), productivity can reach up to 600 trays per hour.
